Box Menswear logistics warehouse is based in the United Kingdom, and we have a dedicated team who work around the clock to ensure your order is with you as quickly as humanly possible!
We currently offer three different shipping options, and use the most trusted couriers to deliver to the US in the fastest time possible.
DHL Express delivery - $24.99
2-3 working days
If you want or need your order fast then the excellent news is we’ve partnered with DHL to introduce a new Super Express delivery service and we really can in some cases delivery your order the NEXT DAY after ordering!
Absolutely all orders placed before 14:00 GMT are dispatched the same working day if you chose the Express DHL service. That means your order could be on it’s way to you before you’ve even woken up!
Faster Shipping - $12.99
5 -10 working days
Whether you are wanting to get some sexy new underwear or stock or up on swimwear for your holiday, the Faster Shipping option is perfect for those who want to receive their order in a quicker timeframe. Orders are shipped via Landmark Global, and delivery is completed by UPS.
Standard USA Shipping - $4.99
Up to 20 working days.Orders placed with standard shipping will be dispatched via Royal Mail or Landmark Global/USPS.
This is the most economical shipping service we offer, and as the UK time difference is ahead of the USA, we ensure all USA orders are packed first every morning and despatched to the USA before you’ve likely even woken up.
Whilst we often beat the quoted 7- 14 working days delivery time, especially in city areas, in a small number of cases shipping can take longer for reasons out of our control, such as delays caused by extreme weather events, strikes & industrial action & inspections by Customs and Border Protection, or government agency checks on mail.
CUSTOMS
Great news is you will NOT be charged any additional charges or taxes for goods we send you so long as your order is below $800 USD. Even if the shipment is inspected by US CBP, they’re just ensuring nothing dangerous or illegal has been sent via the mail.
We use a paperless trade invoice system with DHL, which means they have all your order information before this even reaches the US, and therefore no border delays!
GIFT BOXES;
You may see on social media or marketing materials various gift boxes that Box Menswear manufactures. These are not automatically included in orders or included in the purchase, unless stated so in the product description (ie a Mystery Box of which a gift box forms part of the contents). These gift boxes are very sparse and cannot be sent out upon request.
COMBINED ORDERS;
On rare occasions, orders may be combined together on the online platform Box Menswear uses to produce shipping labels.
If a customer places consecutive order within a short span of time, any outstanding unprocessed orders on the system may be merged together into one shipment.
This is beneficial to the environment as it means less packaging is used, and ultimately less carbon emitted. Furthermore, high value orders (as a result of combined orders) may have their postal shipping service automatically upgraded, resulting in a quicker time frame.
